Washing your Roof

The obvious reason for washing your roof is to create a more pleasing look. Having your property looking revitalized and fresh.

Having your roof soft washed to remove harmful mold, algae, bacteria, and other organic growth will prolong the life of your roof. Many don’t realize that the black on your roof could be organic growth. This growth may break down the integrity of your roof overtime, creating larger problems down the road. 

Removing larger debris (pine-needles) and foreign objects from your roof will allow for proper drainage and less build up. 

Having our technicians wash your roof will give good insight if there is damage that has been done. We may be able to reveal soft spots, leaks, loose or damaged shingles.  

The process to cleaning your roof will be a 4 step procedure. We will always clean the debris off first.  Once cleaned we give your roof a pre-wash and let it sit while we treat the rest of the area. We then rinse making sure to use the proper nozzles so we don’t damage anything. For the last step we give your roof one more post-wash and allow Mother Nature to wash the rest away.
